Description
The ultimate collaboration between Japanese tradition and German engineering, the Zwilling Miyabi Koh line produces incredible blades with amazing features. Resistant to chip and corrosion, the Koh line uses FC61 carbide stainless steel with a 61 on the HRC hardness scale. The FRIODUR blades go under an intense ice-hardening process, procuring a blade as sharp as you could ask for. The Pakkawood handle has amazing ergonomics to feel great in your hand while looking fantastic too. To add to the style, the Koh line knives come finished with a “true katana edge”, paying homage to samurai swords made in the same region of these Koh knives, Seki Japan. We at SRKT love everything Zwiling Miyabi and the Koh line embodies the greatness of these blades.
