Essentially an upgraded UTX-85, the Microtech Daytona is a more lightweight version of the beloved mid-sized OTF. With a carbon fiber inlay into its 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum handle chassis, the Daytona comes in at 0.1 oz’s less than its main-line counterpart. A tad bit thicker than the X-85, these guys look much more classy, but will surprise you in how rugged they feel. Certainly a mix of being a great EDC user knife and being a safe-queen collectable, the Microtech Daytona is great for anyone looking to add to their OTF lineup. Featuring the same impressive action Microtech is known for, and the highest grade materials, you really should get yourself a Daytona, before you can’t anymore.

Five-way jimping on the handle allow for superb grippability as well as strong leverage against whatever you’re cutting or slicing. With a special signature series glass breaker and a strong tip-down pocket clip, the Daytona is an all-around incredible double-action out the front pocket knife.

This model Microtech Daytona is gorgeous. New for 2022, this guy comes with bronzed accents, including the double edge dagger blade, made of Bohler M390 stainless steel. The tip-down signature series pocket clip, screws, ball-tip glass breaker, and thumb slide have also been bronzed. The 6061-T6 aluminum handle chassis is a plain black anodized, and comes with stunning checkered carbon fiber inlays.
