 The Microtech Currahee is an absolute tank of a fixed blade. With a blade boasting 0.21" thickness, these guys are meant for hard use and are sure to withstand even the toughest of tests. Beefy, but lightweight enough to handle effectively and carry daily without weighing you down, the Currahee is the perfect mix of an outdoor beat-it-to-death knife and a dependable fixed blade carry. The knife itself, with the lanyard and bead attached, weigh in at ~12.7 oz., surprisingly low considering the thickness and size of its 4.5" blade. The adjustable kydex sheath (weighs 4.6 oz.) allows you to carry the knife vertically or horizontally, swappable with a quick adjustment of two screws. With rugged jimping on the base of the spine of the blade, you have extreme leverage over anything that you may be tearing to shreds.
